Who's this course for?

This course is for anyone who wants to learn a standing back tuck, or who is coaching others' back tucks.

Do I still need someone to spot my back tucks?

Yes! Unfortunately I can't spot you through your phone or computer! To avoid the risk of serous injury, never attempt a back tuck without a qualified spotter. My course will give you a full understanding of proper technique, along with at-home drills and a daily progress plan. But you'll still need to work your tucks with a spotter.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If you've stuck to my plan for 60 days and don't feel like you've made progress, I'll give you a full refund!

Who teaches the course?

It's me, Corey Stone, a former gymnast and college coach with 20+ years of cheer experience. I've worked with hundreds of kids on their tucks, and now I'd like to help you!

Wassup? I'm Corey, here to help! I was a high school gymnast before cheering at KU, then I assistant coached at Iowa while getting my master's degree in biomechanics (ie, the study of human movement). I was Head Coach at KU from 2004-2015, with multiple top-5 placings at Div1A Large Coed UCA nationals. Now that I'm retired from coaching, I'm taking my 20+ years of cheer experience to help cheerleaders and coaches like you!
